Andrew J. Krajnek

Andrew Krajnek was born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He attended Holy Innocents Elementary School and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1994. After high school, Mr. Krajnek attended Marquette University in Milwaukee where he received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Economics and a minor in Philosophy. After college, Mr. Krajnek attended law school at the University of Wisconsin and was admitted into the practice of law in the State of Wisconsin.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Krajnek returned home to Manitowoc and began practicing law in his home community.  He resides in Manitowoc with his wife, Amanda, and their six children.  Service to his community is a high priority Mr. Krajnek, having taken leadership roles in local organizations such as St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parish, The Chamber of Manitowoc County, Rotary, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Lakeshore Child Care Center.  

Mr. Krajnek's legal practice consists of representing clients in various types of trial work. Whether it is family matters, such as divorce, child custody, child support, or maintenance, or personal injuries, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, or criminal matters, Mr. Krajnek provides aggressive representation in a manner that best serves the interests of his clients.

Mr. Krajnek also devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising business clients in all manners of business enterprise. From business start-ups to management of day-to-day business affairs, and winding up or transferring business interests, Mr. Krajnek assists his clients in navigating the challenges of business enterprises.

In addition, Mr. Krajnek provides expertise in all types of real estate matters including residential property, commercial property, investment property, and lakefront property. Mr. Krajnek provides solid experience representing both buyers and sellers during all stages of the real estate process.  He also represents landlords and tenants in eviction proceedings.

Mr. Krajnek also provides assistance in estate planning, probate, and drafting of Wills.
